1. Usage Rights
The Customer or Authorized Users are granted the simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right, limited to the duration of an authorized subscription (e.g. Structurae Pro), to use this Structurae Image Material in accordance with the following conditions.
1.1 Personal use
The Customer or the Authorized Users are entitled to use the Structurae Image Material for personal use, provided that this does not directly or indirectly serve profit-making or commercial purposes.
1.2 Commercial use
The Customer or the Authorized Users are entitled to use the Structurae Image Material as follows:
a. to reproduce and distribute the same in the Customer’s corporate publications (e.g. annual reports, image brochures, annual financial reports, customer and employee magazines) and to make the same publicly accessible on the intranet and on websites or indirectly via social media accounts of the Customer (“Corporate Publishing”);
b. to reproduce in offer documents and advertising materials for the purpose of advertising the Customer and the products and services offered by the Customer (e.g. offer letters, catalogs, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements), to distribute them and to make them publicly available on websites or indirectly via social media accounts of the Customer (“Sales and Advertising Materials”);
c. for the purpose of advertising the Company and the products and services offered by it on websites or indirectly via social media accounts of the Customer to the public (“Online Advertising”);
d. to reproduce for the purpose of advertising the Customer and the products and services offered by the Customer at trade fair and exhibition stands;
e. to reproduce in specialized/expert publications in the field of civil engineering, architecture, and surveying, to distribute them and to make them publicly accessible, as well as
f. to archive the photographic material in electronic and analog databases of the Customer, also together with other works, with the possibility of access, reproduction, downloading, and printing for employees of the Customer for purposes of internal product development and for the customer’s above-mentioned commercial purposes.
2. Other conditions and provisions
Structurae’s General Conditions for Subscriptions to Structurae (https://docs.structurae.net/en/legal/terms-subscriptions/) shall also apply and, in particular, the general license terms and restrictions for the use of the Structurae Image Material set forth therein.
